High speed water-cooled extrusion line with S304 stainless steel frame,consist of water-cooled extrusion machine,extrusion mold,vacuum forming sink，servo traction cutter and conveyor,and it also equip pressure sensor,gear pump and outer diameter measuring instrument to control extrusion pressure in order to improve product accuracy and achieve automatic production.Water-cooled extrusion machine can solve the internal heat problem caused by screw shearing to significantly increase production capacity.It is widely used in extrusion of medical catheters such as TPU TPE PVC PA PP PE.
